We believe in cooking authentic Italian pizza in Ibiza, using fresh, handmade dough that is made with only water, flour, yeast and salt, without any artificial ingredients and is left to ferment for at least 36 hours. Using high-quality ingredients such as Mozzarella di Bufala Campana PDO, Caputo Rojo flour and exclusively Italian tomato sauce, we follow the original recipes to give you the best.

If you instead want to try something different, you will find many delicious authentic and homemade dishes, such as meat and vegetarian lasagna, ravioli filled with octopus and potatoes , aubergine alla parmesana, burgers, and many other tasty Italian recipes.
